We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager and Content Creator!

Do you have a flair for creativity and a strategic mind for social media? Prio Kitchen is on the lookout for a talented Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind our social media presence, crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience and showcases our innovative Office Pods.

What You'll Do:

• Develop Strategies: Create and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Manage Accounts: Oversee and grow our social media presence through regular posts, interactions, and community engagement.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing goals.
• Analyze Performance: Use analytics tools to monitor and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Stay Current: Keep up with the latest social media trends and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
• Coordinate: Work with various departments to gather content and maintain a consistent brand message.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns for product launches, promotions, and other initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record in social media management and content creation.
• Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
• Creativity: A creative mindset with a knack for design and visual storytelling.
• Tools: Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools. Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles is beneficial.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Independence: Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at once.
